Weaved Watch
A Weaved WatchA belt-mounted display counts from 0 to 24, marking a full day. But unlike a digital screen, each number does not appear instantly. Resistive heating elements embedded beneath thermochromic ink slowly warm the fabric surface, coaxing segments of color from invisibility into visibility over ten seconds — then letting them fade. The display breathes. It hesitates. It takes time to show you the time.Kombucha biofilm, with magnets are stitched to the weaved belt to create a comfortable yet eco friendly belt.

Build:
The system uses conductive stainless steel yarn, hand-mixed thermochromic pigment, and esp32 C3Time: 3 secs for complete color change (black to white). Programmed based on testing continuously for 30 minutes.
Currently researching on chemical process to make high resistance conductive threads for more easier and quick change in color, and install this in displayless interface platforms.
The 2nd version will involve custom PCB bringing the dial thickness between 2-3 mm with custom resistive material/thread for more accurate and faster interface.
